Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Cambexa, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cambexa on your devices in accordance with these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Only connect cameras you own or are authorized to access.
- Comply with all applicable surveillance, privacy and recording laws.
- Don't reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
Accounts & passphrases
You're responsible for safeguarding your passphrase. Because encryption is zero-knowledge, we cannot recover it or your encrypted data if it's lost.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are described on the Pricing page. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.
Disclaimer of warranties
Cambexa is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you shouldn't rely on it as your sole safety or security system.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Cambexa anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll note the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
